Purposes
  • Contact form: responding to the request for information sent via the contact form.
  • Sending and receiving CVs: managing recruitment processes for candidates who are qualified or who may be qualified to work for our company.
  • Cookies: providing statistics, the location of our offices and antispam systems (CAPTCHA).
Lawful basis and storage
  • The lawful basis for processing the data corresponds to the consent given by the user when they enter their details, tick the “I accept” box and press send, as well as when they browse the different pages of the website.
  • Contact details will be kept for the duration of our relationship and unless you request they are deleted. Data relating to your CV will be kept for a maximum of two years. As regards cookies, please read our Cookie Policy to find out the expiry date for each cookie.
  • Data linked to your interaction with SUNBURST’s corporate social media profiles will be kept for as long as you allow your posts to stay on said networks.
Recipients of transfers and international transfers
